1. I was not pleased, we have been to many hotels that are more than willing to upgrade for a nominal charge and sometimes for free if the customer is not happy with the room.

3. On buying a card I went back to reception to ask for a phone (public) to use and was told that phones are only in the room (which costs $2 as a standing charge plus 75C a minute to make a free call or local call).

8. When we found out our cruise was delayed, the hotel let us stay in our room 3 hours past the check out time for no extra charge.
