5. Actually 5 of us stayed this time(Bill Whitman, Dale Whitman, their wives and Jon Specksgoor) This was my first experience at this hotel.

6. However, when we got the bill the next morning we found that she had added a tip on for herself - we obviously weren't happy so complained to the manager at check out - she then refunded the entire cost of our meal which was brilliant and more than made up for the dreadful waitress.

I rated this hotel terrible because of two things 1) the very poor welcome we received upon checking, which went along the following lines: 'hello, give me your credit card I need to bill you an extra $100' and a piece of paper was trust at me explaining the MANDATORY ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEE of $12.38 per day.
