3. My husband did what the man said, he went to the front desk , spoke to the manager, the manager said, ' In no way could he extend our package, he would be happy to give us a rack room rate, we could try calling reservations' he did however give us late check out until 1pm.

4. The gentleman that I spoke to said because we were on the resort/dining package it would be best to go to the front desk ask for a manager and speak to them, and they could extend our current resort/dinning package.
