3. The gentleman that I spoke to said because we were on the resort/dining package it would be best to go to the front desk ask for a manager and speak to them, and they could extend our current resort/dinning package.

I went to the front desk twice for new keys, was told engineering would be to my room shortly to look at the door, and by the grace of god my fiancee stood there for 30 minutes putting the key in and out and the door finally opened on its own because engineering never did show up until I got the manager on duty on the phone.
