8. Location was in the middle of nowhere & took ages to get to each parkWe asked these staff about donating to GoodWill and to Toys for Tots & were told to bring any items to the concierge desk when we were ready to give.

9. The concierge staff spent about 1 hour with me, changing our passes onsite so that we didn`t have to wait in the parks(upgrading from 2 day to 3 day parkhoppers) and booking reservations(something I could have done easily from home but neglected to do so.
