1. We loved the fact that the lobby building also has many services/features such as game arcade, disney shops, art/cartoonist portrait paintings) that kids would like while relaxing after coming back from the parks as well.

The staff is friendly, and the only real complaint I had (besides room only being cleaned every four days) was that I requested weeks before our trip to be close to the lobby (the resort is enormous) and it seemed they did the opposite, and put us in Broadway, wich is almost at the back of the resort.

10. The lobby is very themed music disney and very inviting, the shop is full of gifts for those of us who leave things to the last minute!the cafe and restrant are ideally located and although the layout and buffet style left many confused, the food was great.
