1. I had to visit the business center and pay to print out a copy of my AAA rate details and confirmation to give to the front desk and they corrected the rate and included the breakfast buffet for all as the rate had indicated.

8. I called that morning to check on the price and it was fairly high but they offered us a $100 resort gift certificate that we could use for meals, etc. So I booked the room because with the $100 discount it was a very good rate.
