4. The staff was superb; with the exception of the two front desk clerks (bad attitude for the jobs they have); they should take a training class from the room service staff and pool staff; my only other dislike was the $16.00 daily parking fee.

5. The price for parking was a little steep, but we were told of the parking fee ahead of time; but the hotel is literally across the parking lot for Sea World, so it is in walking distance, and they don't want people parking there, trying to avoid paying to park at Sea World.
