1. I dont know where to start it was so beautiful so relaxing the beds where super comfortable I had not slept the way I Sept on my nights there for years I felt in heaven I woke up without pain well rested I mean it was a miracle not even at home I feel like that and I have great beds I saved money on gas because i was at walking distances from Seaworld and aquatica and only 10 mins from universal there whirlpools my son and i every night when we came from the parks we would go to there whirlpools the service is great the only thing is that its pricey and you pay for parking but other then that I loved it I must go back hopefully for next spring break I give these hotel a 10 I loved all the decor I wished I had more time to explore more of it but when you visit the parks your just tired and hungry and since its pricey I can't say ill be there soon but next spring yes i recommend these hotel to all my fellow travelers but make sure to set a day to explore it because its worth it.

2. This hotel would get a much better review if they could sort out just a few things, stop with the hard sell time shares who will call you at 2130 + learn from your most polite staff, if we spend alot of money we don't expect you to be rude to us, and most importantly sort out your transport to universal this was our main reason for visiting I had tickets that allowed for early park entry but transport leaves at 0950 and returns at 1840 absolutely uselessOn a pluss note the rooms are nice and hotel is clean, shame there is no free wifi in the rooms and the restaurants are expensive, we ate mostly at the village inn on I-drive.

4. The Renaissance saves you money on parking at Seaworld though as it is literally across the street.

5. Room didnt have a good view, but then to have a view involves spending more money!corridors were noisy and residents slamming doors from 6am,not good when you are trying to sleep.

7. Minus Points: Not much to gripe about really, the maid service in the rooms was a bit hit and miss at times and the presence of large contingents of conference guests could deter some people but the hotel is there to make money.

9. I seriously do not understand why they try to do this as first it irritates the guests (me) and second I see this as 'they can earn more money getting me in a timeshare' which is also not a good sign.
"Not a great hotel but maybe a better score during high season?? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/15/2011 Vote
10. However, we were expecting more for our money, but this Renaissance didn't live up to those expectations.
