1. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Buena Vista Palace and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends.

2. I reported this incident to the hotel security staff and never had a satisfactory resolution from the hotel management, hence, can't recommend it based on this experience.

7. we were upgraded to a suite , which was am a z i n g, our out of the country loved it too and will recommend thier friends,thank you so much for making our stay wonderful :0).

8. It was unusual to see people in the corridors or lifts in the island suite building, so I'd definitely recommend booking rooms over there.
