5. everybody super nice upon check-in, bellman, concierge, cleaning staff-great location for disney world resorts and downtown disney-15-20 min free bus ride from hotel to any of the disney world resorts-at&t wifi was great and the aeron chair helped while I worked in the roomCons:-Pool area needs a facelift including the restaurant.

A big thank you to the team at Buena Vista Palace for making our stay that extra bit special - big thank-you to the housekeeping departent, concierge team, the extremely pleasant lady (from Sweden?) in the lobby bar and the very helpful ladies in the on-site Disney Store who helped us out with a lost ticket dilema.
