1. There is a restaraunt inside the hotel that I did not check out, a Popeyes and Arby's right around the corner for you fast food folk, and a yummy Brennan family restaraunt around the corner also called 'Palace Cafe.

10. The street was full of history, lovely restaurants (from cheap to very chic), interesting shops and they happened to be having a New Orleans Food Festival so we got to try quite a few southern specialties, for very little money (and had a few beers too!).
