1. Location was decent-5 min walk to riverfront & streetcar (which is very convenient during the day, nightime it barely runs), 15min fast walk to start of bourbon st.

5. Very convenient to get to the convention center where I was for the week and yet within walking distance to the French Quarter, Riverwalk, WWII museum and various eateries and shops, I would definitely stay here again, if I could guarantee that I could get into the lofts.
