1. Maybe I am just used to staying at a better class of property, this one is old, the couch was uncomfortable, the HVAC system is vey dated, although it did push out a great deal of cold air - you just couldn't control it very well, it was basically on/off.

An GREAT deal at $109 - You can't beat this value- Free breakfast- Free drinks in the afternoon- A suite gave us space from the kids and they got hteir own TV- The staff was exceptional and went out of the way to recommend great places to eat 'local and cheap' They even got us free parking on the street for the weekend.
