1. The bed is super comfy but I think the pillows need to be replaced, after a few minutes the filler would be to either side of my head and empty where my head would lay .

3. We decided not to stay in a balcony room this time, but it was still awesome (and a lot quieter on the night we decided to stay in and sleep!) Housekeeping was great, the beds are SO comfortable, I'm so happy there's not just down pillows, they're HUGE and supporting.
