1. Apart from one of the staff at check out everyone was extremely friendly, the room was lovely and the hotel is beautiful.

2. Here is my one HUGE issue with this hotelUpon check out, I called the front desk from the site I was working at and spoke to a young lady, it was 12:18pm, I asked her if I could have an extra hour to get back and gather my things for check out.

3. The manager that was on duty, around 1:45pm on Sat, Feb 19th never once apologize for the actions of his employee and told me he would take care of the late check out fee.
