1. Go stay somewhere remote and quiet and then waste all your money on taxis to get you to all these great places.

2. Several of us paid extra to have a balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard and thought it was worth the extra money, for our kids we didn't spend the extra but did stipulate courtyard rooms.

3. It was never about the FEE or the money, it was about the RUDE Behavior of a front desk agent that had no regard for someone who just spent a great deal of money with the company that employs himI will NEVER return here while in New Orleans, and I am in New Orleans A LOT along with 25 other representatives from our company and have already sent out an email alert and warning them not to stay at this hotel.

4. I sincerely got the feeling that since I had pre-paid before my arrival date----they had my money---so they really didn't care about my experience.

6. I hate to be the bearer of a bad review but when you spend that amount of money and get mostly trouble and unprofessionalism in return, we WILL NOT RETURN and will advise any friends traveling to NOLA to avoid this hotel.
