It was never about the FEE or the money, it was about the RUDE Behavior of a front desk agent that had no regard for someone who just spent a great deal of money with the company that employs himI will NEVER return here while in New Orleans, and I am in New Orleans A LOT along with 25 other representatives from our company and have already sent out an email alert and warning them not to stay at this hotel.

8. Be forewarned, there is a $25 parking fee added, and the area in front of the hotel is a tow away zone.
