1. I don't remember the name of the tour, but it starts just outside Marie Laveau's House of Voodoo (cool place to check out).

7. We didn't check out either of the adjoining bars but they seemed nice enough, and well populated at happy hour.

8. Upon check out we were offered a credit to be used at a later date, we asked for a reduction in our bill since we won't be going back to NOLA anytime soon but they could only offer a credit which they would mail to us because we had paid for the room in full and in advance (thanks Expedia).

10. Be sure to check out 'rituals' at IH as the entire lobby area is redecorated depending on the time of year.
