3. It's in a good location: just far enough from the high traffic parts of downtown to be quiet, but definitely close enough to walk to the French Quarter and other interesting attractions.

5. Its an extra 32/day for Valet but well worth it to avoid the hassle of looking for parking in the busy sidewalks around this nice neighborhood so close to downtown and the French Quarter.
