3. Upon check-in, the hotel looked very clean and they allowed me to check-in early even though I requested to check-in at 3 p.m. I entered the room and saw that is was very clean.

5. The hotel staff is usually very friendly, although they need to work on their efficiency during the check-in process and to understand that the check-in experience sets the first (and sometimes the lasting) impression of every hotel.
