1. We couldn't organise a hire car ourselves, so the Manager, Brad, went out of his way phoning all over New Orleans to find us a hire car for the next day.

The receptionist appeared very helpful in the absence of her manager and provided us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as an apology however the damage had been done and we spent our first evening in New Orleans trying to find a clean hotel that could take us the day before Thanksgiving.

8. I first visited the property three weeks prior to the meeting and was very impressed by the Sales Manager (Karla) and the passion and energy that she had for this property.
