2. You could say that by putting a brochure in the Lousiana Visitor Center for a hotel in the New Orleans French Quarters stating that they have rooms starting from $49.00 is not false advertising but I say it is when you call and the price is $179.

4. We loved this hotel in the middle of the New Orleans French Quarter; we arrived late due to Amtrak delays, and the staff was very warm and welcoming even when I mispronounced the name (it is Prince Conti-long 'i').
