1. The location could not be better, and the major sights to see and tour are either walking distance or available via taxi, horse and carriage or arrangements by the very helpful and capable desk and concierge staff.

2. The staff is awesome from the front desk to the bell staff and concierge; one great perk of the hotel is they offer valet parking (this is huge in the French Quarter) at a reasonable price.
