1. It's off the beaten path enough to avoid drunken tourists on Bourbon Street, but easily within walking distance if you want to be one.

4. the marken, coffee shop, restaurants, shopping etc. The owner Frank is a wonderful man with an amazing heart, his staff are like family to him he states and I can see why, they are like family and make everyone who walks through that beautiful door feel at home.

9. Close to the French market , the trolley to the Riverwalk area , 1 minute walk to Frenchman st for great music and atmosphere , 5 minutes from the heart of Bourbon st but far enough from the noise and crowds .
