3. The rooms are high ceilinged, but with ceiling fans, central air/heating, new carpeting, plumbing, TV`s etc. (If you`re looking for spotless chrome and ceramic fixtures, go downtown to the Marriott) The twin french doors lead out to the second floor lanai (do they call them that in Nawlins.

5. I would most certainly return to this hotel, and i recommend it to anyone staying in New Orleans!the inside decor, the close proximity to downtown and the French Quarter, and just the overall feeling of being someplace so historical cant be beat.
