6. The location is great- near some nice restaurants (we ate at Reginelli's Pizza- good pizza), a couple of blocks from catholic churches, a few blocks from French Quarter/Bourbon St.

8. Also, you are blocks away from many of the best restaurants in the country, Commanders Palace, Emerils, Arnauds, Restaurant August etc. Don't tank on the bar snaks at the Hotel.
