1. I called down to the front desk and the employee there was very apologetic - stating they were having problems with the delivery man filling the machines - and had 2 bottles of water free of charge at the front desk for us.

5. No concierge on duty while we were there, but the young woman at the reservation desk was just as helpful with directions to restaurants, sights, etc. Free breakfast, free drinks (limit 3) and snacks in the evening help offset the small $15 parking charge.
