3. finally 5 floors below my own i found an ice machine surrounded by old bath tubs and rotten carpeting!one package of de-caf coffee did little to brighten up my 5:00am wake up time.

4. Upgraded HVAC system in my room as well as modern lighting and new bathroom furniture, lighting, tub, and toilet.

5. Grossand to top this all off the tub was falling apart and we were unable to even shower.
