1. The hall way was creepy like a horror movie and the neighborhood didn't seem great (though, I'm not from there and I didn't see any crimes committed - Thank God - but I wouldn't have chosen to walk the mile down-town from there even on a nice day.

4. Well it wasn,t and it was not safe to walk on the side walks it was in a very bad neighborhood my son could see all the hooker and drug deals from our window down below on the streets we the next day got the hell out there and found something much better.
