4. the pool was out of service!( the whole reason we picked here, there was NO towels in the room-and when I called the desk I was told I would have to come get them he was the only one there, if I wanted to wait on myself I could have stayed home,Mildred the cook, was very unfriendly and rude the breakfast was awful I threw mine in the trash the gravy was water with lumps of floor in it, the place was dirty.
