3. stayed here on the 11th of february and it was a HORRIBLE, RUN DOWN, DUMP!desk manager looked and smelled like he pulled his attire out of the hamper, when i got to my room i discovered that the air conditioner didn't work and looked like it hadn't in years.

4. when i called down to complain the manager explained that i was in ' one of the rooms that required a little time for the tv to warm up' he also explained because i used a $10.00 coupon that my air conditioner didn't work as it was' a room that still needed renovating'!there was no ice or soda machines in the area marked ICE/SODA on my floor or the one beneath that one nor were there any on the next 2 levels i visited.
