The only good thing was when we checked out the next morning, and the front desk wanted to charge a $50 per room 'early checkout fee', I was able to speak with a
manager
, explain the situation to her, and she did not charge the fee.

At the Radisson we were checked in by the
manager
but told we would not be able to receive any of the tickets that came with our package until the next day as the concierge had left for the day.

(It was around 6;45 p.m.) Since the communication was so poor I didn't feel comfortable about waiting until the next day so the

accomodated us by agreeing to print our tickets and bring them to our room.
