4. The only good thing was when we checked out the next morning, and the front desk wanted to charge a $50 per room 'early checkout fee', I was able to speak with a manager, explain the situation to her, and she did not charge the fee.

8. (It was around 6;45 p.m.) Since the communication was so poor I didn't feel comfortable about waiting until the next day so the manager accomodated us by agreeing to print our tickets and bring them to our room.
