We stayed at this hotel in January 2012 and the reception we received was fantastic, from the initial welcome at the front desk we new that the staff try to make all their guests feel 'Special' , they could not do enough and even advised on the best and nicest places to visit, and even told us the best places to eat and call for a drink.

6. At check-in they asked, 'What do you plan to do while in Nashville 2 nights?' My response was, 'Swim in the pool and just relax!' The front desk response was 'Our pool is closed' as she hands me a form letter explaining the pool issue.

8. first impressions of the hotel were favourable the front desk staff were very helpful providing useful information and a small plan showing where are rooms were,bus passes to use the free shuttle into downtown nashville (about three miles away) and safe deposit boxes.
