1. The hotel runs a shuttle bus downtown which is helpful and v friendly and the staff on reception were kind and knowlegeable.

10. This hotel is VERY convenient to downtown (less that a 5-minute commute in morning traffic to the heart of downtown/Broadway), and they offer a free shuttle service (to and from!) that makes night trips to visit the nightlife downtown very easy.
