9. When we went to the front desk to check out, there was a line through the lobby for at least half an hour and still noone showed up to work the front desk.

10. The restaurant is a bit too stuffy, with limited menu options, and both nights we were there the bar was busy with Karaoke on Friday (all the lights were on?) and some company Hawaiian Luau on Saturday, so we couldn't really check out the bar.
