1. I called the front desk again told them what I needed waited another 15 minutes same person came gave the new sheets again no apology or anything (like I was just bothering him).

2. I called the front desk they offered to switch us into a different room however we had already unpacked everything and being after 1am we didn't want to move everything so I asked for new sheets about 15 minutes later someone came and handed me new sheets no apology or anything.

9. Recently stayed for one night got back to the hotel late and whne we pulled back the sheets we saw several dark hairs which weren't ours.

10. The first room had dirty carpet, someone else's hair all over the sheets and pillows, and a toilet with remnants of the previous occupant.
