3. we were also noticed prior to checking out that we were charged room service that was not ours and they did take it off the bill after a 40 minute debate yet when my sister recieved here credit card statement she was still charged for it .

When room service brought up the food, she said that we could *not* use the coupon on room service, but the hotel footed the bill after I told them that I wasn't paying $18 for 2 tiny boxes of cereal, a biscuit, 2 pieces of toast, and some fruit--and after I was already told that I could use the coupon on room-service.
