1. However the front desk staff generously allowed us a late check out and we were able to get the clothes washed before heading back home, which was great because we didn't get power back for another 3 days.

7. Even though I was booked with a block of rooms, I was able to use my priority culb membership and as a member recieved a 2 pm check out time, 25% off at the restaurant and a free drink coupon for each night.
