1. As the front desk staff greeted us, they informed us that all of our special requests had been noted and accommodated (extra towels, mini refrigerator) and were waiting for us in our room.

2. The room was well-equipped with fresh-smelling, pure white towels, washcloths, and hand towels, as well as other amenities such as high-end shampoo, conditioner, and soap, down to the tissues, which were Kleenex brand instead of some cheap, rough brand.

4. The front desk, is alittle snotty; not very helpfulHuge con- everything is extra, the internet is 10$$ the parking is 24$$$ I'm a reward member and asked for robes and extra towels, they would not accommodate me.

5. King room was tastefully appointed with comfortable bedding, clean living area and bath, coffee, iron and board, nondescript toiletries and standard white hotel towels, medium sized flatscreen with 40 or so channels (10-15 HD).

8. We called the front desk about 8:30 in the evening to request extra towels and washcloths, and they were brought up within minutes.

They seemed to be understaffed for the most part: the front desk took my room service orders; a request for extra towels was NEVER fulfilled; a room service order came up cold and late; a security guard brought some towels the next day (a second request) because the attendant had not yet arrived for work.
