1. Everyone was so helpful with advice, esp when I left my cell phone downtown at a restaurant.

4. They were very helpful in making recommendations on places to see while we were in town and the shuttle driver made sure we got right were we wanted to go and gave us some great tips about downtown.

5. We are nervous and we take the shuttle to see downtown and the awesome driver asks trivia questions about our home city and gives you oatmeal treat for correct answers on his first day.
