1. I know this sounds like I am going crazy over simple things but try to get this quality and service with a great attitude and no extra money other places.

We went from Wednesday, April 11, 2012- Sunday, April 15, 2011, it would of been nice to know about being charged before you check in when we booked the rooms because no one had money in their bank accounts until they got paid on that friday yet the guy who checked us in ran the debit/credit card before telling us any of this leaving the card holder with negative money in their account.

4. Besides the annoying parking factor, this is a good hotel and even though it is a bit further away from dowtown, it is a very easy shuttle/cab ride and well worth the money you'll save from staying at a downtown hotel.
