7. For a hotel this size (its huge) they only have this tiny two lane area for cars thats really awkward because you can't really leave your car there to check in, nor is there any place else to park.

8. When we searched for this hotel online, we found that this hotel offered free parking, but when we arrived we were informed that there was no valet parking and we had to park in a public parking garage.
