1. The room was certainly comfortable, not decorated to my taste but enough space, I didn't like the smell of the amenities (soap/shower gel/shampoo & conditioner all the same flavor - ginger) but again that's just my taste.

4. It's not the end of the world - but the only reason this hotel is 4 stars is because they 'have all the amenities required of a 4 star'.

6. It is unfortunate as we enjoy this location but am very tired of fighting for Diamond Regency amenities.

7. My team and I have stayed there approximately 8 times and each time we have had to discuss removing, internet charges, regency club amenities, etc. Most times they comply with the requested removal of charges per typical with other ' Regency properties.
