1. We took a shuttle to and from the hotel, so we didn't know how the parking worked but there was always someone attending for valet parking, assistance with cabs, and help with luggage to the shuttles.

8. They would not offer a shuttle to the Amtrack station whereas others such as the Raddison were really helpful and flexible in helping the customer out.
