1. The layout of the Hyatt reminds me of many Embassy Suites hotels because there is a huge, many stories high atrium and all of the rooms are around it.

8. That probably would not have been enough to upset me but she was also trying to peddle to us a 'Murphy Bed' room, which was basicly a cooridored off living area of a suite with a pull down bed out of the wall.

10. We arrived with an additional guest and asked for an additional room and was upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a murphy bed in the other room for our additional guest for free.
