1. The hotel's location was perfect - we could walk to cafes, Starbucks, shopping in Coconut Grove, Biscayne Bay was visible just across the street and we were only a 10 minute drive from the university.

6. I had made sailing arrangements from the Coconut Grove Dinner Key marina and the Mutiny was conveniently located, easily accessible by taxi or public bus from the Miami airport.

7. Some of the appliances were a bit dated, but for the price, location, cleanliness and overall comfort of the room and building it was a minor problem.

8. It's perfectly located if you want to stay in the grove - in Miami you need a car, but here is a great hotel where you can easily walk to several good restaurants, not-so-bad shopping, theatre, comedy club.
