3. I was very pleased with the quiet ambience of the lobby with understated colors and elegant furnishings (reminds me of an established private country club), while the rooms were nicely spacious like a junior suite--kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom.

Here is a list of my pros and consPros: Adequate fitness center ,great sauna/steam room Friendly and polite staff 3 minute walk to Cocowalk area/ multiple restaurants/ couple of great outdoor breakfast spots 5 minute walk to a gourmet market called Fresh Market Pool area had good sun exposureCons: Although the lobby and the downstairs were very well appointed, the upstairs needed some updating.

8. I am going to detail some of the problems : refrigerator 's door broken , faucet broken , the lobby looks like more a store because of the many shop window , no hot water at the tub and so on.
