1. From Jesus in the bar to Claudia at the front desk, everybody was amazing.

2. Lots of live music the evenings I was there and lots of people sitting outside enjoying themselves, people watching, etc.The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, while one of the front desk clerks went out of her way to help me with my travel plans and retrieving my cell phone charger.
