1. When I brought few concerns to customer relations (including the $15 parking fee 'downer') , I was surprised how fast the local managemnt responded to my concerns,especially the front office manager Nicole Carmenate.

7. The only thing that upset me was the parking - i expected it to be free in that area since its not near downtown or the beach - as most parking is around there - but instead there was a fee per day to park, along with a fee per night.

8. Speaking of parking, the daily fee is $11 (this is not mentioned on their website or any internet booking agencies such as priceline), and the three-story parking garage can run short of spaces when there is a full house.
